Live with a piece for 30 days. If it isn't right, send it back.
Our policy
You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it arrives back in its original condition and packaging.
How to return
Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange the return. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the piece arriving back with us.
Damaged items
If a piece arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace or refund it straight away.
